When the treating clinician orders compression, Gateway helps coordinate the wraps, systems or garments and makes sure the nurses and family know how the plan works day to day.
For referring teams, patients and families.
Facilities, discharge teams and physician practices can refer a patient. We coordinate follow-up with the existing care team.
Patients and families can call with the city or ZIP and care setting. We will explain what records or orders are needed before a visit.
