What to expect.
A conversation.
We ask where you are and what is going on, and explain what is needed before a visit, such as records or a doctor’s order.
A visit.
A clinician from one of our partner practices comes to you, looks at the wound and the things that affect healing, and explains the plan in plain language.
Follow-up.
Visits continue as the plan requires. We keep your doctors, nurses and family updated, as much or as little as you prefer.
Insurance and coverage.
The treating practice bills your insurance. Coverage depends on your plan, so ask us before care begins and we will help you check.

Will you work with my doctor?
Yes. Your doctors stay your doctors. We share updates with them and with the nurses already involved.
Can I call for a family member?
