Device and supply coordination.
Wound VAC therapy involves the ordering clinician, the nurses who change dressings and a supplier. We help keep the device, the supplies and the orders in step, at home or in a facility.
For referring teams, patients and families.
Facilities, discharge teams and physician practices can refer a patient. We coordinate follow-up with the existing care team.
Patients and families can call with the city or ZIP and care setting. We will explain what records or orders are needed before a visit.
